Please read through all of my policies and information provided below before booking your service or placing an order. BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT OR PLACING AN ORDER MEANS YOU ARE IN FULL AGREEMENT WITH THE POLICIES.
-Hair must be at least two inches.
-Hair that is straight from either pressed high heat styles or relaxers may not last. If you are unsure please book a consultation first.
-You must come with loose and detangled hair.
-Cash is the preferred method of payment, cards are accepted.
-To reschedule your appointment, do so by clicking “View Appointment Details” in your confirmation email.
-If you have any alopecia or thinning please let me know prior to booking your appointment so we can talk about the best style options for you.
-If you are more than 30 minutes late for your appointment and do not call, a $20 late charge will be added to the cost for your service.
-If you have any allergies please indicate in the notes or email email@example.com to discuss prior to booking or purchasing pre-twisted hair.
- Please note that you may only reschedule your appointment once. If you rescheduled twice your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will not be refunded or put towards a future appointment.
STYLING SERVICES: Please read through all of the information provided in the service description to ensure that it is the right service that you need. It will provide general pricing information and many other helpful FAQ’s. ALL services require a NON-REFUNDABLE $40 deposit that goes toward your appointment. Cancellation of your appointment will forfeit your paid deposit. Rescheduling your appointment within 48 hours will transfer it to the newly scheduled date. If your appointment is not rescheduled within a 36 hour time frame your deposit will be forfeited
